Camping at Joe's Valley

We took a camping trip to Joe's Valley Reservoir and had a great time. Ricky let Chase show off his driving skills a little on the way down there. Once we got there it was work, work, work...get everything set up. Pick up the jet ski rentals. And somehow fit in eating dinner, all before dark.Everybody looks so good in the morning when you first wake up on a camping trip.Our friend Tim and his son Brack came along with usChandler was busy filling and dumping all of the rocks in the campground, while Chase and Shilo Waited patiently for breakfast.

Then it was time to lather up the sunscreen and head down to the lake for a day filled with tonz of fun!!!!!Chan was so excited to wear his life vest.We met some of Ricky's Family up there...

There he goes, letting the little ones drive again!

After a hard days play, there is nothing like a good old campfire dinner. And Shilo's brilliant idea of roasting starbursts...MMMM good!

Hangin at the Independance Day Fireworks

This year we watched the fireworks on July 2nd...due to the fact that July 4th is on a Sunday, and for some reason in Utah that is very taboo. Oh well, we had fun anyway. We went to the South Salt Lake Freedom festival.

Chase had a hard time waiting for the fun to begin.

But once I let him buy a lighted sword...everything magically became ok.


And then the fun began...
