Happy Halloween!!!

This Halloween was so long. I swear we celebrated for two weeks straight. Don't get me wrong the kids looked so cute, but I'm glad its over.

Enchanted Evening at the Hogle Zoo, was so much fun. We took the lost puppy Chandler with us and the kids had a blast walking around the zoo at night. The animals are more active and the ghost stories thrown in were a bonus. And thank you Ricky for being such a good sport and supporting this years choice for my work Halloween costume. Gold Digger!

Night of the Running Dead...5K

We signed up for our first 5K. And, we all finished in one piece. It was a Zombie 5K, which made it even more fun and interesting. When you registered, you either signed up as an infected or a survivor (Zombie or Human). All four of us decided it would be easier to just be survivors, but as you can see there was a lot of fun costumes to look at. I am proud to say that we all finished the race out of 600 people. Shilo came in at 169th with a time of 38:45. Chase came in at 174th with a time of 39:16. Ricky came in at 176th with a time of 39:29. And of course last but not least, I came in at 210th with a time of 44:20.
