Our Easter Adventures

So I went to go shopping for the Easter baskets, just like I have done for the past 13 years, ever since I became a parent. Only to be told by the boyfriend that I was doing it all wrong, and to let him do it. HAHAHA no not really but he became so excited in the process, that I let him take over and this was the outcome of Easter....

And it was brought to my attention that dying eggs is definitely a fun activity if you are 8 or younger. But being the good mom that I am, I made them participate anyway...

Mini Vaca to Vegas

The car ride was long and boring...but the kids made the most of it and were, for the most part, pretty good.

The first night we were so hungry and stopped at the first buffet we found. Little did we know it was seafood night and it would be $25 bucks a pop. Oops! Oh well we still had a blast of course.

When we walked down the strip, Shilo took it upon herslef to be our personal photographer...and she is pretty good too.

Granite School District Jr. High Art Show

Shilo did this self portrait, with high contrast shading in her advanced are class, and her teacher asked if she could enter it into the art show. It was really exciting to go to the show and see her work displayed....
